Nicole Woolsey Biggart is Research Professor and Dean Emerita at the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Davis. She received her Ph.D. in Sociology from UC Berkeley and has held the The Suran Chair in Technology Management and the Chevron Chair in Energy Efficiency. Nicole Biggart has written widely about the impact of social relations on economic activity. Rick Delbridge is Professor of Organisational Analysis and Dean of Research, Innovation and Enterprise at Cardiff University in Wales. He is the academic lead for the development of SPARK, the Social Science Research Park, Cardiff's new interdisciplinary social science research unit that is investigating social problems and solutions. He serves on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Review and Journal of Management Inquiry. Professor Delbridge has written about the labor process, work, and organizational issues in the UK, Japan and elsewhere. He is a former Advanced Institute of Management (AIM) Fellow.
